Abhinav Mukund was out for a duck in the first ball of the Indian Innings.He got out by pushing at a delivery which was fuller in length.VVS Laxman showed how to play the swinging delivery by playing the ball late and also with softer hands instead of poking or pushing at the delivery.

Indians could not withstand the England's bowling attack and lost the Lord's Test to England.Sachin Tendulkar is yet to score a Test Century at Lord's and Sachin cannot score here after as this would be the last Tour of England for him.Kevin Pieterson was the Player of the match for his brilliant Double Century in the 2000th test match.
